MEET THE OWNER

Hi! I'm so happy you're here! My name is Alexi (she/her). I started pet sitting in 2020 over the pandemic when my sister first got her red heeler (which you will see a lot of on my page!) At the time, I had just finished high school and was in university for my english major, while working in retail/ customer service. In 2022 I started pet sitting for a coworker, since she said she could not find anyone trustworthy. That's when a lightbulb sparked in my life. I had always wanted to be self-sufficient, no matter the career. I started really getting into pet sitting and dog walking as time went on, and fell in love with it. I thought to myself, why not start a business? and here we are. With a certification in pet first aid/ CPR, a business license, insurance and a dream, I'm here to give your pets the best stay-cation in the world.

Whether you have questions, concerns or feedback to give, Fluffy's oasis is here to support you and give your pets the best care as possible! We value our clients opinions and supporting you as much as possible. Our software that we use "Time To Pet" gives peace of mind to our clients, including info such as live updates, report cards, and lots of pictures of your furry friends!

Before booking

Step 1
Fluffy's Oasis will do a brief intake when you inquire, asking a couple questions about your furry friend, what kind of care you need, when you need it, and address any questions/ concerns.
Step 2
If we believe we are a right fit for you and your furry friend, Fluffy's Oasis offers a mandatory and complimentary meet and greet! This will be a 1 on 1 meeting to get comfortable with you and your pet, as well as address more in dept topics for your pet before booking.
Step 3
Once your meet and greet is complete, and dates are set in stone, all clients must send a 30% retainer of your total to secure your spot.
